We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Financial Accountant who is charge of our gallery in Monaco as well as for the new gallery that will open in Paris in 2023. The successful candidate will have an attention to detail, solid technical skills and at least 5 years’ experience in the accountancy field (previous art industry experience not essential).

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Responsible for the preparation of monthly closings and reporting
• Responsible for the maintenance of Accounts Payable Automation (Exflow) and online expense tool (SAP) and providing system training to HW staff
• Developing exhibition and management accounts reporting and establishing regular review meetings with all non-financial departments with principal objectives being strong and robust cost controls and accountability against budgets.
• Responsible for non-confidential payroll processing and administration and liaison with external service providers
• Responsible for preparation of weekly payment runs and monitoring of cash flows
• Responsibility for the preparation of VAT returns and statistical reporting
• Prepare relevant documents for corporate income tax filings for our external tax advisors
• In charge of the year-end account preparation and external audit requirements
• Support the sales staff in VAT queries and support Registrars in import and export of artworks from a VAT and customs point of view
• Responsible for the budget preparation process of the galleries in Paris and Monaco
• Liaise with other HW locations and contribute to the team spirit and working relationships

Required knowledge, skills & experience:
• Educated to degree level and part qualified or newly qualified in ACA or ACCA – strong technical accounting skills required.
• Advanced excel skills and experience of D365 accounting package preferable
• A positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to organise & prioritise tasks and communicate with a range of staff at all levels
• Experience in working in a mid-sized international company is preferred

Based in London, we are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to support with the maintenance and functionality of our London locations. The ideal candidate will have sound judgement with excellent time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Work closely with Gallery Manager & Operations Director to oversee the maintenance and functionality of the London locations
• Assist with facility improvement projects, including gallery spaces, offices and off-site storage
• Coordinate scheduling for regular maintenance of equipment and internal systems (heating system, alarms, security cameras), external vendors, and contractors
• Monitor and update PPM logging system, receive facilities requests from staff, and address in a timely manner
• Ensure exhibition spaces’ pristine appearance is always maintained, working with the Operations team for installation schedule
• Assist the Gallery Manager with compliance with Health & Safety policies and legislation including completion of risk assessments
• Coordinate with Building Management at Savile Row with regard to contractor site visits and assessments and permits
• Coordinate with security provides (on-site & remote) and ensure all security issues are escalated appropriately
• Check offices and furniture to identify needs for repairs or renovations
• Highlight the areas for repair and improvement and organise contractors to conduct the work
• Support general facilities and operations projects including sustainability initiatives
• Help keep the site safe and secure by performing fire inspections, COSHH inspections and housekeeping inspections
• Support the Gallery Manager with the training matrix, booking training sessions and uploading and tracking training certification
• Support the Gallery Manager in managing the operations contractors. This includes contractor KPI’s, sitting in on contractor meetings and providing feedback to the account managers
• Organise operational team meetings, setting agendas and taking notes
• Support the Gallery Manager in keeping the facilities tracker up to date, along with updating calendars, sharing information with the wider team, and contacting stake holders within the business

Updating filing of O&Ms:
• Complete any additional tasks to support the Gallery Manager and Operations Director in the running and upkeep of the London sites

Required knowledge, skills & experience:
• Familiarity with excel and other planning software
• Understanding of HSE regulations, training requirements
• Fire marshal and First Aid qualification desirable
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Sound judgement and ability to think quickly during emergencies
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to learn additional skills
• Driver License beneficial

This is a full-time position. Hours will occasionally include weekend working and out of hours working. Located at our Savile Row gallery, London.

We are looking for an experienced, motivated individual to join our company as a Facilities Coordinator. As part of our facilities team, you will assist with daily operations, communication of facilities details to staff, inventory availability, and equipment maintenance. You will report to the Facilities Manager as you perform routine and preventative maintenance, groundskeeping, events support, parking control and security team oversight. This is a physically demanding position. You must be able to stand, walk, and lift items throughout a standard shift. Our ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, experience with facilities maintenance, great communication acumen, and excellent time management skills.

Essential Responsibilities:
The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for performing routine building maintenance duties across Hauser & Wirth Los Angeles and West Hollywood locations. Essential job responsibilities include:
• Work closely with Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and functionality of the Los Angeles and West Hollywood locations
• Communicate facilities details and happenings to gallery staff
• Assist with facility improvement projects, including gallery spaces, offices, and off-site storage
• Coordinate scheduling for regular maintenance of equipment and internal systems ( heating system, alarms, security cameras)and oversee cleaning staff, external vendors, and contractors
• Monitor and update facilities planner board and calendar, receive facilities requests from staff, and address in a timely manner
• Ensure exhibition spaces’ pristine appearance is maintained at all times with a focus on artwork safety, including coordinating with Operations team for installation schedule
• Assist the Facilities Manager with compliance with Health & Safety policies and legislation including completion of risk assessments as required
• Ensure facilities needs and compliance are met for gallery events and performances
• Coordinate and monitor staff parking and enforce company parking regulations
• Liaise with and coordinate the on-site security team activities
• Support any after-hours building needs and activities as required
• Maintain exterior property, including graffiti removal
• Maintain safety equipment such as fire alarms, fire extinguishers, and carbon monoxide detectors
• Assist with desk/files set up, organize new hires and office moves and set up conference rooms as required.
• Check offices and furniture to identify needs for repairs or renovations.
• Travel by car between the Los Angeles and West Hollywood location, as needed

Education and Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Experience with facilities maintenance and HVAC
• Familiarity with office equipment and security systems

Working directly with the Associate Director of Learning Europe the role will include, but not be limited to the following responsibilities:

Learning:
• To manage all educational tours, activities and workshops for schools, student, and community groups
• Deploy and manage freelance staff where required to support the programme
• Champion access for a broad spectrum of learner groups to Hauser & Wirth Somerset
• Work alongside learning colleagues in other global locations to ensure a holistic approach and consistency to the program.
• Collaboration with Event Teams, Artist Teams, and Gallery Assistants to ensure the education program is embedded into wider gallery activities
• Liaising with Hauser & Wirth Somerset event team and Artfarm to co-ordinate education events into the wider Somerset program
• Maintaining, managing, and ordering all materials and resources required for the delivery of the education program
• Ensure all education events are well documented, reported on, keeping key stakeholders informed throughout the process
• Ensure education requirements e.g. risk assessments, public liability and policies are developed and adhered to

Partnerships:
• Manage philanthropic and charity projects related to the local and wider community
• Under the guidance of the Associate Director of Learning Europe, manage the education budget always ensuring best value, and global parity
• Develop the network and contacts of local partners
• Produce sound qualitative and quantitative documentation of the profile of the partnership programs in the UK

Administration:
• Provide administration for the research and development of the learning and partnership programme at Hauser & Wirth Somerset
• Producing high quality presentations and reports to reflect the activities, outcomes and impact of the education program, partnerships and collaborations
• Managing invitation mail outs and guest lists for education and partnership events

Required knowledge, skills and qualifications:
• A graduate of either a BA or MA in Fine Art, Art History or a related subject, or equivalent work experience of at least 3 years
• At least three years’ experience of administration, education, development of exhibitions and events in a gallery setting
• Evidence of working with children in an education setting and understanding best practice
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organised with an ability to prioritise
• Computer literate – familiarity with Mac OS is desirable

The role will primarily support the Senior Registrar on client sales but will encompass a full range of registrar duties. The ideal candidate will be a practical and flexible self-starter who enjoys working in a fast and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Support the Senior Registrar with client shipments, organise deliveries to clients as requested
• Responsible for shipments, customs clearance and tax issues
• Coordinate the movement of artworks to and from H&W Swiss galleries in collaboration
with London and Swiss teams as required, including supervising loading and unloading
• Support the Senior registrar with secondary consignment artworks and auction
purchases as directed
• Responsible for the care and maintenance of artworks, condition report as required and
update database and SharePoint. Resolve any condition issues with relevant director or
Artist Liaison
• Manage data entry on internal Database and administration pertaining to all
shipping/logistical activities
• Support the designated lead Registrar on International art fairs as required
• Support the Head Registrar with showrooms as required, organising movement to and

Required knowledge, skills and qualifications:
