RENTAL QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS - Collision Damage Waiver

Collision Damage Waiver is anoptional* service which, if accepted,reduces your financial liability for damage to the Hertz vehicle,except for theft, attempted theft or vandalism, provided the vehicle is used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the rental agreement.

IfCDW is declined, you will be responsible for the amount of the deductible as per table below.

Regardless of whether CDW is accepted or included, all rentals are subject to a non-waivable excess for which you are responsible in the event of damage to the Hertz vehicle during the rental as per table below.

DENEMARKEN

InDenmarkit is compulsory for a car rental company to provide damage insurance on all rental vehicles with a maximum excess of DKK 5,000.00 per accident.

InDenmarkCollision Damage Waiver (CDW) is known as Collision Damage Insurance (CDI).

Collision Damage Insurance (CDI) is an optional* service which, if accepted, reduces your financial liability for loss of revenue due to damage to the Hertz vehicle, its parts and accessories, except for theft, attempted theft or vandalism, provided the vehicle is used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the rental agreement.

*CDI may be mandatory and included in some contract or preferential rates.

If CDI is declined, you will be responsible foran excessfor damages ofDKK 5,000.00and for loss of revenue of DKK 500.00 per day up to a maximum of DKK 15,000.00 for all vehicle groups.

Regardless of CDI being accepted or included, allrentals are subject to a non-waivable excess in the amount ofDKK 5,000.00 for all vehicle groups for which you are responsible in the event of damage to the Hertz vehicle during the rental. Your financial liability for loss of revenue is reduced from a maximum of DKK 15,000.00 to DKK 5,000.00.

You can further reduce your excess liability in relation to damage of the Hertz vehicle and eliminateyour financial liability for loss of revenue. – Please refer to "Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW) / STP"in the location index for additional information.

In case of accident due to the renter's liability the renter has the obligation to pay a non-refundable fee of EUR 15.00 to coveradministration expenses.

HONGARIJE

Collision Damage Waiver is an optional* service which, if accepted,reduces yourfinancial liability for damage to the Hertz vehicle, its parts and accessories, except for theft, attempted theft or vandalism, provided the vehicle is used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the rental agreement.

*CDW may be mandatory and included in some contract or preferential rates.

If CDW is declined, you will be responsible for the amount of the deductible, ranging from EUR 7,700.00 to EUR 23,100.00, depending on the vehicle group.

Regardless of whether CDW is accepted or included, all rentals are subject to a non-waivable excess, ranging from EUR600.00 to EUR 1,600.00,depending on the vehicle group, for which you are responsible in the event of damage to the Hertz vehicle during the rental.

When driving into Romania, Poland and Croatia, CDW is mandatory with a 100 % surcharge.

If you decide not to purchase CDW, you may be required to provide a security deposit in the amount of EUR 3,000.00 at the start of the rental using your credit card. This doesnot apply to contract rates and/or Hertz #1 Gold customers.If this amount is not available on your credit card, you will have to purchase Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)

Collision Damage Waiver is an optional* service which, if accepted,reducesyour financial liability for damage to the Hertz vehicle except for theft, attempted theft or vandalism, provided the vehicle is used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the rental agreement.

*CDW may be mandatory and included in some contract or preferential rates.

If CDW is declined, you will be responsible for the amount of thedeductible ranging from EUR 10,000.00 to EUR 50,000.00 depending on the vehicle group.

Regardless of whether CDW is accepted or included, all rentals are subject to a non-waivable excess, ranging fromEUR 600.00 toEUR 1,200.00 depending on the vehicle group for which you are responsible in the event of damage to the Hertz vehicle during the rental.

Please note the following exclusions:

• loss of keys or vehicle documents, burnt clutch;
• damage to tyres,damage or loss of wheel rims or covers;
• damage to chassis due to the car being driven on unsealed roads;
• any damage due to the lack of oil or as a result of usage of incorrect fuel;
• damage to vehicle interiors or any other damage due to driver carelessness;
• damage to vehicle by being blasted, mined or intentionally burned;
• damage because of being influenced by alcohol or drugs;
• damage caused by an unauthorised driver.

Regardless of whether CDW is accepted or included, all rentals are subject to a non-waivable excess ranging from EUR 464.00 to EUR 580.00, depending on the vehicle group,for which you are responsible in the event of damage to the Hertz vehicle during the rental.

If CDW is declined, you will be responsible for the amount of the deductible, ranging from EUR 7,900.00 to EUR 23,000.00, depending on the vehicle group.

Regardless of whether CDW is accepted or included, all rentals are subject to a non-waivable excess, ranging fromEUR 550.00 toEUR 650.00depending on the vehicle group, for which you are responsible in the event of damage to the Hertz vehicle during the rental.

MAROKKO

This option* reduces your financial liability for damage to the Hertz vehicle, its parts and accessories, except theft, attempted theft or vandalism, provided the vehicle is used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the rental agreement.

If CDW is declined, you will be responsible for the amount of the deductible, ranging from MAD 60,000.00 to MAD 350,000.00 depending on the vehicle rented.

CDW Non-Waivable Excess. All rentals are subject to a non-waivable excess, ranging from MAD 4,500.00 to MAD 10,000.00 depending on the vehicle group rented, for which you are responsible in the event of damage to the Hertz vehicle during the rental.
